The reason why you guys don't lower your staring eyes from women of similar age is still unknown to me.
You rather prefer to have an intense amount of نظرة (Glances) toward some random females.
That might be any indefinite girl walking away beside in a road, from your village areas, same or different schools & colleges, various occasions and ceremonies, and/or any other female from anywhere else possible.
I obviously don't know about all the sources yet.
The fact is, I have that GOLDEN experience to lower it. And I still am practicing it, to be honest.
If you are successful in completely following this rule in the future, you might find where the real satisfaction, contentment, peace and happiness actually lies.
So, be fearful of Allah. You should give it a try for at least 24 hours and will notice
an amazing change withing the next day ان شاء الله.
Not only in real world but also do the same in case of online platforms
(especially Youtube and Facebook) even in case of a foreigner lady.
I firmly know and aware that you may find this letter nothing but just an annoying nonsense,
unless you think in your own unique perspective.
But, after giving it a trial, you will get a strong realization about why it is really important for us to
lower our gazes from women and ladies.
Look, our Creator (Allah) ordered us to cover our gaze before
ordering the female society to cover themselves up.

Allah has given men a strong sexual attraction to desire for more and more women. The reason about such mental state of men is only known to Him. That's why, he has emphasized
the hijab of men more than that of women.
If you take a look on the Surah An-Nour, Verse:30-31 then you would see that
controlling the Sexuality of men comes first.
So, He informed us the good news of having several wives in the heaven
(who are called Hoor al-'Ain) at many places of the Quran.
Let's come back to the point, nothing else, I just want you to only check out the translation of
that 30th verse of (24th) Surah Noor.

Ending this message up with a story of our great Prophet ﷺ with his companion named
'Al-Fadl ibn Abbas (Ra.)'.
When he ﷺ had a ride by the help of some camels, an unknown woman was passing away beside them. Out of natural tendency of Sexual attraction, that companion gave stares upon her constantly.
When he did so, the prophet ﷺ moved his neck towards the way they were going to. After facing such behavior from the Prophet, the sahabi was finally able to realize his fault and asked forgiveness to Allah.

Therefore, this short story indicates about the major importance about the hijab of men. Another thing I want to say is that; if you really need to talk to a female whose age is closer to yours out of urgency (No matter if she is the senior or the junior person), you must have to do this without staring at her face directly (stare at somewhere else, but not at chest or thighs) so that you could avoid her face at least.
Once I failed to follow this rule, which then led me to a long-term stress.
If Allah wants, you can cultivate your conscience about it via going through a journey of modesty and giving respect to the women.
