P.V.3 (setting up Hobbies and Habits)

Addiction, it is such a habit whenever applied on anything other than productive, it automatically becomes negative and intoxicated by nature. Some of them are:- PornMasturbationOrgasm, VideoGameAddiction, InternetAddictionDisorder, SocialMediaAddiction, etc. In order to shed off all those addictions out of your life, you MUST have to add some positive hobbies and habits. Especially those ones in which you create something by your own self because, they are the better sources of dopamine than any negative addiction. For instance, writing regularly with consistency can give you much pleasure even if those writings are nonsense junks. If you're new to writing, I would recommend you to go to this site: 750 Words
After mastering the skill/hobby of writing, you can start a new blogsite and regularly upload blogs about the topics you would love/prefer to discuss about. Just go to Blogger and do it like me, it requires nothing more than linking your google account.
If you are artistic-minded, you can buy an artbook and daily draw intriguing and gorgeous arts of yours only from the personal initiatives. This activity will certainly give you a flow of dopamine (pleasure-hormone) whenever you throw a glance at them several days later. Thus, it would inspire you to draw even more at a high extent. This would eventually and radically increase your creativity. But as a Muslim, I would recommend you to avoid drawing any living object.
If you love to learn something new, you can buy some good quality (i.e. good public rating) self-improvement books. And try to read the same amount of pages for every single day. Also try to equate all those attained teachings with your recent lifestyle so that you could improve much better than before. Join an online community where people regularly post something positively new to learn about. You can listen to a new podcast series as well in order to gain some good amount of positive knowledges.
If you want to achieve an attractive physique (muscular body figure), you can also add workouts to your weekly routine. Try to set some challenges for a range of time such a way that, it could extract good amount of sweat droplets. For a single example, daily pushing up 10 times and 30-sec jumping jacks, repeating them around 6-8 times every sunrise until a month is over. After completeing a challenge, you obviously need to set another S.M.A.R.T. (Specific Measurable Attainable Realistic Time-bound) physical challenge so that you can gain some attractive muscles.
In conclusion, find out and determine some activities (which will be rational enough to be added as a hobby) that are positive as well as enthusiastic to your life. And stick to them with a strong consistence as long as possible. Otherwise, you might relapse and surrender back to your old addictions out of boredom and a sense of nothingness. Because, a lots of hours would be saved which were once used for the sake of satisfying those compulsive addictions; and it is obviously an enough amount of time to get such nihilistic feeling. You don't
probably want those bullshit acts to be settled ever again within the rest of your remaining life, do you?
